In effect from 7 November 2026

Short version

Tele has no accounts and no cloud. Your windows, keyboard and mouse input, sound and clipboard go directly between your Macs, encrypted. They never reach us.

The website sets no cookies and loads no third-party analytics. We count visits and clicks as plain totals, without identifying anyone. We advertise on Google. Paddle's checkout runs Paddle's own code, as described below.

Who is responsible

Sergej Klementinovski, Ahornweg 19, 82319 Starnberg, Germany. Email: support@teleportez.moi.

Visiting the website

The site runs on Cloudflare. When you visit, your browser sends your IP address and technical details such as the browser version. A normal visit loads nothing from Paddle. When you click Buy, or open a payment link from Paddle, the site loads Paddle's checkout code. Paddle then receives the same details, and its code also loads a script from ProfitWell, Paddle's payment recovery service.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our interest in running a secure website. For the checkout, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, taking the steps you asked for before a contract.

Counting visits

On the home page and our guide pages, we count page views, clicks on Download and Buy, and finished purchases. We keep only totals per day and page, on Cloudflare. We keep no IP address, no browser details and no visitor ID, and we store nothing on your device.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our interest in knowing how the site and our ads perform.

Advertising

We advertise on Google. If you click one of our ads, Google handles that click under its own privacy policy. Our website loads nothing from Google.

The link in an ad carries a marker naming the ad, such as ref=gads-macmini. It stays in the page address while you browse, and it's counted with the totals above. If you buy, the marker goes to Paddle and is stored with your order, so we can see which ad led to a purchase.

Buying Tele

Paddle handles your order as an independent controller. See Paddle's privacy policy. We never see your card or bank details.

From Paddle we receive your email address, your customer ID, your transaction and subscription IDs, and the ad marker, if you came from an ad.

Your licence

Our licence service stores your email address, licence ID, plan, status, expiry date and Paddle IDs. It runs on Cloudflare. We need these to issue your licence, keep it up to date, and send it again if you lose it.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, performing the contract.

We keep this data while your licence is valid and for 3 years after it ends, unless the law requires longer.

Emails

We send your licence by email through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which processes your email address and the message.

Emails you send us are handled through Proton (Proton AG, Switzerland). We keep them as long as needed to answer you, and for up to 3 years after that.

The Tele app

When it is online, Tele contacts two of our addresses:

  • Licence check. It sends your licence, which contains your email address, to our licence service.
  • Update check. It asks updates.teleportez.moi whether a new version exists.

Both run on Cloudflare, which sees your IP address. Tele sends nothing else to us.

Transfers outside the EU

Cloudflare and Paddle can process data outside the EU, including in the USA and the UK. These transfers rely on an adequacy decision, or on the EU's standard contractual clauses. Switzerland has an EU adequacy decision.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, and for correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of it. You can object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Write to support@teleportez.moi.

You can also complain to a data protection authority. Ours is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht in Ansbach.
