Tele

Legal

Terms of service

In effect from 6 November 2026

1. Who we are

Tele is made by Sergej Klementinovski, Ahornweg 19, 82319 Starnberg, Germany ("we"). Contact: support@teleportez.moi.

These terms cover your use of Tele for Mac.

2. Buying Tele

Paddle is the merchant of record for all orders. You buy Tele from Paddle, under Paddle's buyer terms. Paddle takes payment, charges tax where it applies, and issues your invoice.

3. Trial and Free

The first time you open Tele, you get 14 days of everything. After that, Tele continues as Free: one window at a time between two Macs, with no time limit.

4. Your licence

A licence is personal. It covers every Mac you own. It is needed on the Mac you view windows on. The Mac that shares its windows does not need one.

You may use Tele for private and commercial work. You may not share or resell your licence, or copy or reverse engineer Tele, except where the law allows it.

5. Plans

Monthly and Yearly renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and Tele stays licensed until the end of the period you paid for. After that, Tele continues as Free.

Lifetime is a single payment. It covers Tele for Mac and its updates. It does not include other products, such as an iPad viewer or team plans.

6. Licence checks

Tele checks your licence on your Mac and works offline. When it is online, it asks our licence service from time to time whether the licence is still valid. A refunded or ended licence stops working, and Tele continues as Free.

7. Updates

Tele can download updates automatically. You can turn this off.

8. Your use

Tele shows and controls windows between Macs. Only connect Macs you are allowed to use, and keep your Macs and their pairing codes secure.

9. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act.

For slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual duty, and only up to the damage typical and foreseeable for this kind of contract.

Your statutory rights for defects stay unaffected.

10. Changes and law

We may change these terms for future purchases and for new versions. We will tell subscribers about changes that affect them before their next renewal.

German law applies. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection of the country you live in also stays in force.
